基于ADAMS的烟叶田间运输车防侧翻机构设计与仿真试验

烟草是重要的经济作物.针对福建丘陵烟区烟叶采收后搬运劳动强度大的问题,结合福建烟田作业环境及烟草种植农艺,设计一款烟叶田间运输车.通过对烟叶运输车防侧翻关键部件的设计与力学分析,结合ADAMS运动学仿真与实地试验,得到烟叶运输车有防侧翻机构时最大侧翻稳定角的理论值、仿真值和试验值分别为41.7°、41.0°、39.5°,结果表明理论力学模型与仿真模型准确可靠,验证了烟叶运输车的防侧翻机构性能.该研究对丘陵烟田烟叶运输机械的研发具有一定的借鉴参考作用.
Design and Simulation Experiment of Anti-Rollover Mechanism for Tobacco Field Transport Vehicle Based on ADAMS
Tobacco is an important cash crop.Aiming at the problem of heavy handling labor after tobacco harvesting in hilly tobacco-growing areas of Fujian province,a tobacco field transport vehicle was designed based on the working environment and tobacco planting agronomy in Fujian Province.Through the design and mechanical analysis of the key components of anti-rollover tobacco transport vehicle,combined with ADAMS kinematics simulation and field test,the theoretical value,simulation value and test value of the maximum roll Angle of tobacco transport vehicle with anti-rollover mechanism are 41.7°,41.0° and 39.5°,respectively.The results showed that the theoretical mechanical model and simulation model were accurate and reliable,and the performance of anti-rollover mechanism of tobacco transport vehicle is verified.This study has a certain reference role for the research and development of tobacco transport machinery in hilly tobacco fields.
