Design of an Integrated Device for Elevating,Packaging and Processing of High-rise External Waste
Nowadays,wasted materials such as cloth leftovers,foamedcd plastics and light constrution waste produced by factories occupy much space when they are disposed,and the movement of them between floors is both time-consuming and laborious.A high-rise external waste lifting and packaging integrated device is designed,by erecting a wasted material transportation frame on the waste disposal side of the factory,the moving waste hopper within the frame transports the waste generated from each layer of the factory to the compression chamber on the ground for compression.The compressed waste will then be packaged into regular sized bags by an automatic packaging machine,which is convenient for waste disposal and transportation.This device innovation improves the working efficiency,saves manpower and job cost.
