The influence of livelihood diversification on rural land transfer—An empirical analysis based on CRRS
Based on CRRS data, this study measures the degree of agricultural diversification and non-agricultural diversification. In addition, the study uses the Biprobit model and Bayesian quantile regression method to empirically analyze the impact of livelihood diversification on rural land transfer and the scale of rural land transfer, and further analyzes its regional heterogeneity and non-linear relationship.Research has found that agricultural diversification has a significantly positive impact on land transfer-in,but has no significant impact on the scale of land transfer-in.Non-agricultural diversification has a significantly positive impact on both rural land transfer-out and the scale of rural land transfer-out.Regional heterogeneity is significant in the impact of agricultural diversification on the scale of rural land transfer-in,while regional heterogeneity is not significant in the impact of non-agricultural diversification on the scale of agricultural land transfer-out.There is a U-shaped relationship between agricultural diversification and the scale of rural land transfer-in,while there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between non-agricultural diversification and the scale of rural land transfer-out.Based on this,it is necessary to further promote non-agricultural employment, promote the specialization of agricultural planting, improve the socialized service system of agricultural machinery, and improve the transaction and transfer system of rural land property rights,in order to promote rural land transfer and improve the utilization rate of rural land.
