基于CGSS 2013 年、2015 年、2018 年和2021 年的数据构建4 期混合截面数据,采用Bioprobit模型实证分析基本养老保险对灵活就业群体社会地位认同的影响,以及基本养老保险对灵活就业群体社会地位认同影响的区域异质性和受教育程度异质性,并进一步分析幸福感在基本养老保险对灵活就业群体社会地位认同影响中的中介效应.研究发现:基本养老保险对灵活就业群体的社会地位认同具有显著的促进作用;基本养老保险对灵活就业群体社会地位认同影响的区域差异和受教育程度差异均显著;幸福感在基本养老保险对灵活就业群体社会地位认同的影响中发挥中介作用.据此提出,应进一步优化基本养老保险制度和建立精准化参保服务体系,以保障灵活就业群体的合法权益,提升其社会地位认同.
The influence of basic pension insurance on social status identification of flexible employment groups
Based on CGSS data in 2013,2015,2018 and 2021,four periods of mixed cross section data were constructed,and the Bioprobit model was adopted to empirically analyze the impact of basic pension insurance on social status identity of flexible employment groups,as well as the regional differences and educational differences of the influence of basic pension insurance on social status identity of flexible employment groups.Moreover,the paper further analyzes the mediating effect of happiness in the impact of basic pension insurance on social status identity of flexible employment groups.The results show that basic pension insurance has a significant promoting effect on the social status identification of flexible employment groups.The influence of basic pension insurance on the social status identity of the flexible employment group differs significantly in different regions and education level.Happiness plays a mediating role in the influence of basic pension insurance on social identity of flexible employment groups.Therefore,the basic pension insurance system should be further optimized and a precise insurance participation service system should be established to protect the legitimate rights and interests of flexible employment groups and enhance their social status identity.
