The mechanism and improvement path of farmers'digital literacy empowering digital countryside construction
Based on the empowerment theory,farmers'digital literacy contributes to the construction of digital countryside from three aspects:improving farmers'digital participation ability,shaping farmers'digital values,and promoting farmers'all-round develop-ment.The improvement of farmers'digital literacy faces the problems of limited ability and degree of using digital resources,low utilization and gains of digital resources and low awareness of digital risk prevention.Accordingly,it is suggested that the application and promotion of digital technology should be strengthened to enhance farmers'ability to utilize digital resources;emphasis should be placed on the education and training in scientific knowledge and professional skills to shape farmers'digital values;and the publicity and popularization of network risks and means of prevention should be strengthened to cultivate farmers'digital security literacy.
