Study on the effect of rural industry revitalisation leaders in linking farmers and leading farmers and their influencing factors—An empirical analysis based on the Fujian"Head Goose"Project
This study constructs an indicator system for the effect of rural industry revitalization leaders in linking and leading farmers from four dimensions,i.e.employment effect,income effect,technology effect,organizational effect.The entropy weight TOPSIS model is used to measure the weight of each indicator.The empirical analysis of the Fujian"Head Goose"project was carried out,and the factors affecting the effect of linking and bringing farmers were analyzed by the OLS regression model.Based on the empirical analysis,it puts forward the suggestions of cultivating more and better rural industrial leaders though the Fujian"Head goose"Project,perfecting the benefit linkage mechanism to promote farmers to get rich and increase their income,activating the new engine of rural economy to broad the employment channels for farmers,optimising the relevant policies to create a good environ-ment for linking and leading farmers,improving the social service system to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,so as to provide realistic reference for the development of rural industrial revitalization.
