A rural case study of color quantitative analysis and protection of traditional red-brick buildings
This paper explains the historical causes and color system composition of traditional red-brick buildings.Taking the traditional red-brick buildings of Wu Family Mansion in Kengdong village,Baogai town,Shishi city and Wang Family Mansion in Shanhou village,Kinmen,Taiwan as examples,the red-brick building colors are quantitatively analyzed and compared with a view to providing reference for the establishment of a database on the traditional red-brick building colors,the restoration of the traditional red-brick building colors,as well as the preservation,inheritance,and planning of the local traditional buildings.
