数字经济赋能农业高质量发展——基于福建省面板数据的实证分析

摘要
基于 2014-2021 年福建省九设区市的面板数据,构建多元线性回归模型实证分析数字经济对农业高质量发展的影响,以及产业结构高级化和创业活跃度在数字经济赋能农业高质量发展中的调节作用.研究发现:数字经济对农业高质量发展具有显著的赋能效应;产业结构高级化和创业活跃度在数字经济赋能农业高质量发展中具有显著的正向调节作用;数字经济对农业高质量发展的赋能效应存在显著的区域差异,数字经济对坡度较大区域的农业高质量发展的正向影响被显著削弱.据此提出,应进一步推动数字经济繁荣发展、推动农村三产融合发展、激发农民群体创业活力等,以赋能农业高质量发展,助力乡村全面振兴.
Abstract
Based on the panel data of nine cities divided into districts in Fujian province from 2014 to 2021,a multiple linear regression model was constructed to empirically analyze the impact of digital economy on the high-quality development of agriculture,as well as the moderating effect of industrial structure supererogation and entrepreneurial activity in the high-quality development of agriculture empowered by digital economy.The results show that digital economy has a significant empowering effect on the high-quality development of agriculture.Industrial structure supererogation and entrepreneurial activity have a significant positive moderating effect on the high-quality development of agriculture empowered by the digital economy.And there are significant regional differences in the empowering effect of digital economy on the high-quality development of agriculture.The positive impact of digital economy on the high-quality development of agriculture is significantly weakened in the region with a large slope.Accordingly,it is proposed to further promote the development of the digital economy,advance the integrated development between the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas,and stimulate the entrepreneurial activity of farmers,so as to empower the high-quality development of agriculture and help the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
