Analysis of the specific paths of high-quality employment driven by business environment
Taking 30 provinces in China(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan and Gansu)as the examples, this research uses the fsQCA method to empirically analyze the specific paths of business environment driving high-quality employment. The results show that one single element of the business environment is not a necessary condition for driving high-quality or non-high-quality employment, and the administrative environment and legal environment play a more important role in driving high-quality employment. There are three configurations of high-quality employment driven by the business environment, including the government-guided path that combines the rule of law, human resources and innovation, the dual auxiliary path of government and market that combines the rule of law, human resources and innovation, and the rule of law driven path under the dual auxiliary of government and market. There are five configurations leading to non-high-quality employment, and there is a causal asymmetric relationship between the driving paths of high-quality employment and non-high-quality employment.Based on the findings,it is proposed that we should further coordinate and optimize the business environment system, improve the core elements of the business environment and promote coordinated cooperation between the government and the market to drive high-quality employment.
