Optimization of the performance evaluation indicator system for the special funds for basic scientific research at provincial non-profit research institutes
This paper analyzed the structure and shortcomings of the current performance evaluation indicator system for the special funds for basic scientific research at provincial non-profit research institutes in Province F.By reviewing relevant literature and referring to the innovation performance evaluation indicator systems for the provincial scientific research institutes in Anhui,Shandong and Shanxi,a new performance evaluation indicator system is initially constructed.The indicator correlation analysis method and SPSS software are adopted to conduct correlation analysis and screening on the initially constructed performance evaluation indicators.And the weights of the new performance evaluation indicators are calculated based on the entropy method.After verification and modification,a new performance evaluation indicator system for the special funds for basic scientific research is finally constructed,which is applicable to the provincial non-profit scientific reseach institues in Province F.Relevant suggestions for applying this evaluation indicator system are put forward.
