The impact of digital inclusive finance on the new quality productivity in the Yangtze River Delta
Based on the panel data from 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2010 to 2023,this study empirically investigates the impact of digital inclusive finance on new quality productivity.Research findings show that digital inclusive finance significantly promotes the development of new quality productivity,with its depth of use having a more pronounced effect.The promoting effect exhibits heterogeneity in the development characteristics of different provinces and cities.Mechanism analysis indicates that digital inclusive finance can provide driving motivation for the development of new quality productivity through digital technological innovation.There is a nonlinear threshold effect of financing efficiency in the development of new quality productivity promoted by digital inclusive finance.Using the Spatial Durbin Model,it is found that the impact of digital inclusive finance on new quality productivity has spatial spillover effects.Based on these findings,suggestions are made to deepen financial system reforms,encourage technological innovation,and develop new quality productivity in accordance with local conditions.
