Culture characteristics of Paecilomyces lilacinus (Thom.) Samson strain NH-PL-03
Growing indexes of Paecilomyces lilacinus (Thom. ) Samson strain NH-PL-03 such as D(620 nm) value, pH value, dry weight of mycelia, sporulation and the C, N consuming in the liquid culturing process had been systemically investigated. The results were as follows; (1) the rhythm growing were interrelated to C and N consuming significantly. (2) dry weight of mycelia, sporulation and D(620 nm) value were the principal components of nutritious growth, reproduction and physiological status, respectively. (3) based on the cluster analysis, when λ was equal to 2.582 the cultural process can be divided into four stages: the first one (1 -2 d) was an adaptation stage, with all growing indexes gradually changing; the second one(3 - 5 d) was a growth stage, all growing indexes gained in rapidly, biomass increased significantly; the third one (6-7 d) was a logarithmic stage, all growing indexes leaped forward and the biomass increased rapidly; the fourth one (after 8 d) was a stagnant stage, all growing index was stable relatively.
