用雷公藤角斑病致病菌——福木假尾孢(Pseudocercospora elaeodendri)的培养液处理雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordii)枝条,使得雷公藤体内保护酶增量表达,减弱膜脂过氧化作用,提高雷公藤的抗病性.结果表明40%福木假尾孢菌毒素为最佳处理浓度.
Effects of Pseudocercospora elaeodendri toxin on the activities of defence enzymes of host plant
Using Pseudocercospora elaseodendri toxin to treat the branch of Tripterygium wilfordii, the results were as follows: the activities of cell protective enzymes in T. wilfordii increased. The damage on the cells reduced, disease resistance was enhanced. In general, the most suitable concentration of the toxin was 40%.
