摘要

青枯雷尔氏菌Ralstonia solanacearum是一种毁灭性土传病害病原菌,防治困难,通过抑菌圈、抑菌率、最小抑菌浓度测定,探讨羊蹄甲、三裂蟛蜞菊、马缨丹、芒果叶提取液对青枯菌的抑制效果.结果表明:三裂蟛蜞菊叶提取液的抑菌效果最好,抑菌圈范围为15.00~18.13 mm,为高度敏感,在0.40 g·mL-1浓度处理下,其抑菌率达到79.63%,显著高于其他处理组;羊蹄甲和马缨丹叶提取液的抑菌圈范围为10.67~15.57 mm,为中度敏感,抑菌率分别为58.33%和60.37%;芒果叶提取液的抑菌效果最差.

Abstract

Ralstonia solanacearum is a devastating soil-borne pathogen,which is difficult to control.The inhibition effects of the extracts from Bauhinia purpurea,Sphagneticola trilobata,Lantana camera and Mangifera indica leaves on Ralstonia solanacearum were investigated by measuring the inhibition zone,antibacterial rate and minimal inhibitory concentration.The results showed that the antibacterial effect of the extract from Sphagneticola trilobata leaves was the best,and the inhibition zone ranged from 15.00 mm to 18.13 mm,which was highly sensitive.The antibacterial rate reached 79.63%at the concentration of 0.40 g·mL-1,which was significantly higher than that of other treatment groups.The inhibition zone of the extract from Bauhinia purpurea and Lantana camara leaves ranged from 10.67 mm to 15.57 mm,which were moderately sensitive,and their antibacterial rates were 58.33%and 60.37%,respectively.The antibacterial effect of the extract from Mangifera indica leaves was the lowest.
