摘要
经过多年对多花黄精组培快繁技术的实践和研究,总结出一套较为全面的技术规程.该规程涵盖了组培快繁术语与定义、车间的设计、组培生产流程、炼苗与移栽、质量分级标准、包装、标志、运输等关键技术环节,此技术规程可为多花黄精组培苗工厂化生产提供参考.
Abstract
Through years of practice and research on the tissue culture and rapid propagation technology of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua,a set of rather comprehensive technical regulations was summarized.The regulation covered the key technical links such as the term and definition of tissue culture and rapid propagation,the design of workshop,the production flow of tissue culture,refining seedling and transplanting,quality grading standard,packaging,marking and transportation.This technical regulation could provide reference for the industrial production of tissue cultured seedling of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.
