The Theoretical Origins,Historical Process,and Value Implications of the CPC's Practices in Poverty Governance
On one hand,with the anti-poverty thoughts in fine traditional Chinese culture as the cultural root,the poverty governance of the Communist Party of China(CPC)is based on the anti-poverty theory of Marx and Engels,and critically absorbs relevant theories of poverty governance from countries across the globe.On the other hand,over the past century,the CPC's exploration of poverty governance has been a historical process of combining both history and reality,theory and practice,which can be divided into four historical stages including germination,development,deepening,and innovation.Generally speaking,in the specific practice of poverty governance on the part of the CPC,the value implications are listed as follows.Firstly,it has opened up a new realm of sinicization and modernization of Marxism.Sec-ondly,it has expanded new ideas for the governance of the state by the CPC.Lastly,it demonstrates the superiority of the poverty governance system with Chinese characteristics.
