摘要
"要在创造高品质生活上实现更大突破"是习近平总书记来闽考察时作出的重要指示,蕴涵着高质量发展、全过程人民民主、文化自信、社会和谐、生态文明的核心要求.当前,受资本逻辑、非理性因素和数字化的影响,在创造高品质生活上实现更大突破面临认识不到位、内驱力不足和政策制度保障尚需要进一步健全完善等诸多现实难题,须通过培育公民价值自觉、引导企业主动承担社会责任和国家提供完善的制度性保障来创造高品质生活.
Abstract
On one hand,"To achieve greater breakthroughs in creating a high quality of life"is an impor-tant instruction put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his visit to Fujian,which implies the core requirements of high-quality development,people's democracy in the whole process,cultural self-confidence,social harmony,and ecological civilization.On the other hand,at present,due to the influ-ence of capital logic,irrational factors and digitalization,achieving greater breakthroughs in creating a high quality of life is faced with a number of practical difficulties,such as lack of awareness,insufficient internal driving forces and the need for further improvement of policy and institutional guarantees.Gener-ally speaking,it is necessary to create a high quality of life by fostering the self-awareness of civic val-ues,guiding enterprises to proactively assume social responsibilities,and providing sound institutional guarantees on the part of the state.
