Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the education on the con-cept of happiness for college or university students has been widely included in the curriculum system of the college or university students'ideological and political education.However,after years of develop-ment,there are still problems such as the decentralized curriculum system,outdated teaching methods,and ineffective teaching.How to solve the problems has become an academic concern in recent years.Based on the analysis of Chinese traditional Fu culture and its changes in the modem times,this study starts with the development of contemporary college or university students'happiness view and the prob-lems in college or university happiness view education.Through explaining the inheritance relationship between Chinese traditional Fu culture and the socialist happiness view with Chinese characteristics,it points out the path and feasible methods for the development of college or university happiness view education.
