课程思政和思政课程的有机结合是落实立德树人的根本要求,实现教育高质量发展的题中之义,办好新时代思政课的重要维度.在实践过程中,因育人目标不明确导致教学重点"失焦",因育人策略不协调导致教学格局"失衡",因育人队伍不专业导致教学过程"失语"的现象仍是亟需破解的主要问题.因此,遵从"大思政课"育人理念,打造课程"共同体"育人格局,建设"三度一化"育人队伍成为实现有机结合的提升路径.
The Value Implication and Path Choice for the Good Combination of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education and Ideological and Political Curriculum
The good combination of curriculum ideological and political education as well as ideological and political curriculum is the fundamental requirement of fostering virtue through education and the key for realizing the high-quality development of education and an important dimension of teaching ideological and political curriculum well in the new era.In the process of practice,there are still the main problems that need to be solved urgently,such as the phenomenon of"out of focus"in teaching due to unclear edu-cational objectives,"imbalance"in teaching pattern owing to uncoordinated educational strategies,and"aphasia"in teaching process because of unprofessional educational teams.Therefore,following the edu-cational philosophy"based on the macro-perspective of ideological and political curriculum",creating the educational pattern of"community"of curriculum,and building a"three-dimensional and one-trans-formational"educational team have become the promotion path to realize the good combination.
