Through research and analysis,this paper summarizes the prominent problems concerning the cultivation of scriptwriting and directing professionals,and delves into the innovative talent cultivating mode.This paper probes into the idea of revising the talent cultivating plan,improving the quality of teaching team,breaking through and innovating the teaching methods,and improving supporting measures for teaching management,and with application orientation,puts forward the issues of breaking through the bottleneck of practice idea and mode.
