无人化送餐小车由小车、人机交互系统组成,两部分均能通过WiFi模块联网物联网平台并通过MQTT协议上传数据,通过微信小程序可以实时查看小车运行信息.其中,小车采用STM32为主控芯片,系统中K210视觉模块用于识别数字,OPENMV视觉模块用于巡线,小车系统通过PID算法控制车轮电机的运转.经过测试,小车运行状况稳定,所设计的人机交互系统能够正常显示和交互,云平台能通过所上传数据实时反馈到终端,实现远程调用云数据并显示在手机、电脑等设备屏幕上.
Design of an Unmanned Meal Delivery Car Based on STM32
The system of the unmanned delivery car consists of a small car and a human-machine inter-face.Both sections can be connected to Internet of Things platform through the WiFi module and data can be uploaded through the MQTT protocol.The operation information of the car can be viewed in real-time through the WeChat applet.The hardware system uses STM32 as the main control chip,while the K210 visual module is used to recognize numbers and the OPENMV visual module for line inspection.The drive of the wheel motor is controlled by the small car through Pl algorithm.The test results show the car can run stably,and the designed interface can display and interact normally;the cloud platform can provide real-time feedback to the terminal with the uploaded data,enabling remote invocation of cloud data and display on mobile phones,computers,and device screens.
