Enrichment of Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids in Oil from Schizochytrium sp.by Urea Inclusion Method

将冬化裂壶藻油转化为乙酯型藻油,以此为原料研究了尿包合法富集多不饱和脂肪酸的工艺.通过单因素试验比较不同的后处理方式、冷却结晶温度、时间、乙醇浓度、脲酯比,以及醇脲比对尿素包合的影响,并通过正交试验获得较优的工艺条件.结果表明,采用优选的后处理方式可提高参与包合作用的尿素比例,从而使非尿素包合组分中含有更高的多不饱和脂肪酸,在较优的工艺条件下,乙酯型藻油的二十二碳六烯酸和二十二碳五烯酸含量可由47.17%、13.93%分别提高到73.20%、19.87%.
This paper focused on the concentration of polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA)in ethyl esters(EE)converted from winterized Schizochytrium sp.oil via urea inclusion method.The impact of various post-treatment methods,cooling temperatures,cooling times,ethanol concentrations,urea/EE ratios,and ethanol/urea ratios,on the urea inclusion process was investigated through one-way tests,and orthogonal tests were conducted to determine the optimal process conditions.The results demonstrated that the utilization of the optimized post-treatment method significantly enhanced the involvement of urea in the inclusion process with EE,resulting in an increased PUFA content in the non-urea included frac-tions.Under the optimized conditions,the contents of docosahexaenoic acid and docosapentaenoic acid in the EE-type microalgal oil were improved from 47.17%and 13.93%to 73.20%and 19.87%,respec-tively.
