针对传统软件测试技术课程教学模式下软件测试技术人才面临的诸多问题,探讨对标IT企业软件测试技术人才培养改革实施的全景化混合式场域,按照持续过程改进、强调自主创造性和以达成学生能力为目标的教学方法,介绍基于敏捷KANBAN的课程目标设定、组织实施方法、过程与评价的端到端软件测试技术实践方法、融入非遗工程中心课程思政特色,力求做到"两度一性"的课程教学模式创新探索,最后通过实践成效,证明本实践模式对于学生软件测试技术和技能的提升有积极的作用,同时为软件测试技术课程教学模式改革提供了从0到1的实施路径和方法,具有一定的借鉴意义.
Innovation and Practice Regarding Panoramic Teaching Mode of Software Testing Course Based on KANBAN
Firstly,in response to the many problems faced by software testing technicians under the tradi-tional software testing technology course teaching mode,this paper discusses the panoramic hybrid domain of benchmarking the implementation of software testing technology talent training reform in IT enterprises,and introduces an end-to-end software testing technology practice method based on agile KANBAN,which is featured by continuous process improvement,emphasizes independent creativity,and takes achieving students'ability as the objective.Secondly,the course goal setting,organization and implemen-tation methods,process and evaluation based on agile KANBAN are introduced,which integrates the ide-ological and political characteristics of the curriculum of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Engineering Cen-ter,and strives to achieve the innovative exploration of the course teaching mode of"two degrees and one attainability".Finally,through practical effects,it proves that this practice mode has a positive effect on improving students'software testing technology and skills.At the same time,it provides a method for the implementation of software testing technology course teaching mode reform from 0 to 1,which boasts cer-tain reference significance.
