新时代职业教育赋能民族地区乡村振兴的路径研究

职业教育是实现民族地区乡村振兴的"重要抓手",也是乡村产业兴旺的"提速器",文化繁荣的"践行者",人才培养的"主力军",生态环境的"净化器",以及建强基层组织的"排头兵".研究还发现当前民族地区职业教育存在专业结构设置不合理、课程体系亟须完善、多元协同育人机制衔接不紧密、以及师资力量薄弱等问题,这在一定程度上阻碍了民族地区的乡村振兴.因此,为强化职业教育赋能乡村振兴功能,应从产教融合、体系建构、内外联动、区域协同四个方向发力,优化特色型专业结构布局,推动课程体系与特色文化相融通,重塑职业教育多元办学,促进东西部地区教育资源共建共享,以期赋能民族地区乡村人才振兴,建设宜居宜业和美乡村.
Study on the Path of Empowering Rural Revitalization in Ethnic Areas by Vocational Education in the New Era
Vocational education is an important part of the rural revitalization efforts in ethnic areas.It is an"accelerator"in rural industrial prosperity,a"practitioner"of cultural prosperity,a"major force"in talent training,an ecological"purifier",and a"leader"in building strong organizations at the grassroots.However,at present,vocational education in ethnic areas faces the problems in terms of program setting,curriculum system,the mechanism of multi-dimensional collaborative education,and the faculty.These problems,to a certain extent,impede the rural revitalization in ethnic areas.Therefore,in order to empower rural revitalization by vocational education in,efforts should be made in integration of industry and education,system construction,connections with external resources,and regional synergy,to opti-mize the layout of characteristic programs,promote the integration of vocational curricula with distinctive cultures,reshape the multifaceted operation of vocational education,and promote the joint construction and sharing of educational resources between the eastern and western regions,with a view to empowering rural areas'talent revitalization in ethnic areas and building a beautiful and harmonious countryside that is desirable to live and work in.
