On the one hand,the spirit of "Rising to All the Challenges" contains rich connotations such as the original mission,excellent style,and spiritual will,and is a valuable spiritual wealth obtained by the Communist Party of China (CPC) in the practice of "Rising to All the Challenges". On the other hand,the transition from the "Two Musts" to the "Three Musts" is in the same vein and keeps pace with the era,which is the continuation and inheritance of the spirit of "Rising to All the Challenges". In the meanwhile,it is a proactive adjustment made by the CPC in combination with the mission of different his-torical periods. Therefore,in the face of the new picture,Xi Jinping,General Secretary of the CPC Cen-tral Committee,puts forward the new requirements of "Three Musts" for the CPC from the goal-oriented,practice-oriented and problem-oriented dimensions under the new historical orientation. Generally speak-ing,in order to take the "New Road to the Rising to the Challenges",inheriting and carrying forward the spirit of "Rising to All the Challenges" is conducive to the CPC in the following aspects. Firstly,it is beneficial to continuously open up a "New Realm" of Sinicization and Modernization of Marxism. Second-ly,it is helpful to promote the "New Mission" expounded by the "Four Greats" as a whole. Lastly,it is conducive to taking a "new journey" to achieve the "two centennial" goals. In this way,the CPC will always be invincible on the new road of "Rising to All the Challenges".
