This article takes Fujian Province as an example to construct an evaluation index system for the PLE functions in rural areas. By using a comprehensive development evaluation model and a coupling co-ordination degree model,the coupling coordination characteristics of the PLE functions in rural areas of Fujian Province from 2013 to 2022 are analyzed. The obstacle degree model is used to analyze the obsta-cle factors that restrict the coupling and coordinated development of the PLE functions in rural areas,and targeted policy recommendations are proposed to provide scientific basis for the orderly promotion of rural revitalization in Fujian Province.
