Research on the Development Opportunities and Improvement of Talent Training Quality for Applied Undergraduate Finance Majors——From the Perspective of Deep Integration of Industry and Education
The building of a country strong in finance,Chinese path to modernization,the vigorous devel-opment of the financial industry and the deepening application of financial technology have stimulated the demand for a large number of applied financial talents,which is an important foundation for the develop-ment of applied undergraduate financial program. However,there are still problems in the cultivation of applied undergraduate financial professionals in China,such as insufficient implementation measures for application-oriented positioning,low level of university-enterprise cooperation,weak connection between curriculum system and financial job requirements,weak practical teaching,and inadequate practical capability of teaching staff. These affect the improvement of talent cultivation quality. The integration of industry and education is an important way for applied undergraduate financial programs to improve the quality of talent cultivation. It should be a starting point to optimize the cultivation objectives of financial professionals,promote the reform of the curriculum system,build a "dual-qualified" faculty,and at the same time,establish a system to ensure the integration of industry and education,and improve the quality of talent cultivation with enterprise-university cooperative education.
