The Current Situation,Challenges and Path of the Construction of High-level College or University Program Groups in Provincial-level Preschool Education——Analysis based on 28 provincial-level "Double High-level Plan" program groups
Under the background of the New Normal Education and the Double High-level Plan,voca-tional colleges,especially teacher training colleges,have achieved certain results in promoting the cultiva-tion of childcare talents,promoting high-quality development of schools,and serving national strategic initiatives in the field of preschool education. At the same time,they also face practical challenges such as a sharp decrease in the demand for related programs,compression of educational space,and a long and arduous tasks of high-quality development. To promote the high-quality development of high-level pro-gram groups in teacher training colleges,efforts need to be made in top-level design,modern vocational education system construction,and optimization of program group governance mechanism at macro,meso and micro levels respectively.
