Research on the Innovation and Reform of Media Operation and Management Courses from the Perspective of Industry-education Integration
Based on the media business and management courses and the constructivist learning theory, this study innovatively proposes a teaching model of "real questions, real practice,in-depth practice, and integrated co-creation". This model aims to realize a deep integration of theory and practice by intro-ducing "real questions, real practice" of real industry cases. Through the modular curriculum design and the "in-depth practice" of multi-dimensional practice methods, students will be trained in practical skills and higher-order thinking ability. Relying on the construction of the integration ecosystem of industry and education,it will realize "integration and co-creation",and promote the in-depth cooperation and col-laborative education among multiple forces such as education, industry, and scientific research. The research result shows that this teaching model effectively responds to the problem of disconnection between education and industry needs, and provides strong support and valuable experience for cultivating high-quality talents who meet the needs of the new media era.
