Effect and Mechanism of Boletus Polysaccharide on Mice with High Fat Diet
To explore the mechanism and improvement of boletus polysaccharide on lipid metabolism in high-fat diet mice,thirty-two 4-week-old SPF male mice were randomly divided into four groups, and were fed continuously for 8 weeks, then the biochemical indexes of serum and liver and the contents of main short-chain fatty acids in cecum were measured, and feces were collected for microflora structure analysis of the mice in the different experimental. Results showed that compared with model group, the contents of total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and triglyceride(TG)in serum were significantly decreased by feeding boletus polysaccharide(PS)(P<0.05),and the contents of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in serum were significantly increased(P<0.05).In addition, boletus polysaccharide could effectively improve the fecal flora structure of high-fat mice and relative abundance.Dietary supplementation of boletus polysaccharide could regulate lipid metabolism, improve the disorder of lipid metabolism and intestinal flora in high-fat diet mice, and promote intestinal health.
