福建牡蛎的高温耐受性分析

采用急性温度胁迫方法,对二倍体福建牡蛎进行温度耐受性实验.结果显示,二倍体福建牡蛎的亚致死温度为40℃,全致死温度为44℃,半致死温度为42℃;对二倍体和三倍体福建牡蛎进行高温胁迫实验发现,三倍体福建牡蛎在42℃高温胁迫时,较二倍体福建牡蛎具有较强耐高温能力,在44℃高温胁迫时,二倍体和三倍体福建牡蛎的耐高温性能未见显著差异.福建牡蛎的高温耐受性研究不仅丰富了牡蛎养殖领域的理论,而且为牡蛎养殖业提供针对性的管理建议.
Study on the High-Temperature Tolerance of Crassostrea Angulata
In this study,an acute temperature stress method was employed to evaluate the thermal toler-ance of diploid Crassostrea angulata.The findings demonstrated that the sub-lethal temperature for diploid Crassostrea angulata was 40 ℃,the total lethal temperature was 44 ℃,and the median lethal temperature was 42 ℃ respectively.In high-temperature stress experiments comparing diploid and triploid Crassostrea angulata,it was observed that the triploid oysters exhibited significantly greater resilience at 42 ℃ com-pared to their diploid counterparts.At 44 ℃,no significant difference in heat resistance was observed be-tween diploid and triploid Crassostrea angulata.The study on the high-temperature tolerance of Cras-sostrea angulata not only enriches the theoretical research in the field of oyster aquaculture but also pro-vides targeted management suggestions for the oyster farming industry.
