This paper takes Company X as a case,delves into the current production status of Company X,and uses cause-and-effect diagrams and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to analyze the core problems and their root causes in the production process from the perspective of the yield rate.It aims to provide a theoretical basis for other enterprises in the industry to enhance quality and efficiency,thereby promoting the sustainable development of the waste plastic recycling industry.
