高性能水性酚醛树脂胶黏剂的合成与表征

考查了植物多酚和稀土催化剂对酚醛(PF)树脂的胶合强度和韧性的影响.研究结果表明:植物多酚可提高PF树脂的性能,∞(植物多酚)=20%的PF树脂的胶合强度比PF树脂提高了16%,裂断点距离增加一倍.但植物多酚的加入降低了PF树脂的耐热性.稀土金属催化剂可进一步提高含植物多酚酚醛树脂(PPF树脂)的胶合强度.PPF树脂在水溶液中有较宽的粒径分布.随着植物多酚质量分数的提高,PPF树脂的表面张力减小,胶合强度提高.
Synthesis and Characterization of High Performance Water-based Phenolic Resins
The effect of plant polyphenols and rare earth metal catalysts on phenol formaldehyde (PF) resin's bonding strength and toughness were investigated.The results showed that plant polyphenols could improve the performance of PF resin.When the ratio of plant polyphenols was 20%,its bonding strength was increased by 16% and distance of breaking point was doubled while the performance of heat resistance was reduced.Rare earth metal catalysts could further improve bonding strength of PF resin which containing polyphenols (PPF resin).PPF resin had a wide particle size distribution in the aqueous solution.With the increase of plant polyphenols,PPF surface tension was reduced while bonding strength was increased.
