基于DEMATEL-ISM结构模型的县域学校体育治理影响因素分析

摘要
县域学校体育治理是我国学校体育治理的重要组成部分,其影响因素的识别对于政府解决县域学校体育存在的现实问题意义重大.通过扎根理论构建出 7 个维度 24 项影响因素指标,采用专家评分法、决策实验和评价实验法框架,结合解释结构模型对县域学校体育治理的影响因素展开研究,计算得到各影响因素指标的影响度、被影响度、中心度和原因度,并建立层次解释结构模型,其中表现层包含 8 个因素,中间层包括 12 个因素,根源层包含 4 个因素.模型分析表明在开展县域学校体育治理时应重点关注县域学校体育制度建设、学生的参与意识提升、县域教育生态的优化与城乡教育资源分配.
Abstract
County-level school sports governance is a crucial component of China's school sports management.Identifying the influencing factors holds significant importance for the govern-ment in addressing practical issues in county-level school sports.Using interview methods,ground-ed theory qualitative analysis,and literature analysis,this study constructs 24 indicators across 7 dimensions to identify influencing factors.Expert scoring is employed to evaluate these factors,and the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory-Interpretive Structural Modeling method is applied to research the impact factors of county-level school sports policy implementation.The study calculates the influence,being influenced,centrality,and causality of each indicator,establis-hing a hierarchical interpretive structural model.The results indicate that the performance layer in-cludes 8 factors,the middle layer comprises 12 factors,and the root layer consists of 4 factors.Model analysis suggests that,in implementing county-level school sports governance,attention should be focused on the construction of county-level school sports systems,enhancing students'participation awareness,optimizing the educational ecology at the county level,and allocating ur-ban and rural educational resources.
