某钨多金属矿伴生萤石浮选试验研究

某钨多金属矿伴生有萤石资源,其钨浮选尾矿含19.66%CaF2、45.01%SiO2、2.99%CaCO3,具备综合回收利用价值.针对该含萤石尾矿,开展了工艺矿物学研究及浮选试验研究,采用AP作为萤石浮选捕收剂,GA作精选抑制剂,经1次粗选7次精选的浮选闭路试验,得到萤石精矿CaF2 品位为95.60%,CaF2 回收率为67.74%,较好地实现了该伴生萤石资源的综合回收.
Flotation Experimental Study of Associated Fluorite in a Tungsten Polymetallic Ore
A tungsten polymetallic mine was associated with fluorite resources,and its tungsten flotation tailings contain 19.66% CaF2,45.01% SiO2 and 2.99% CaCO3,which has comprehensive recovery and utilization value.For the associated fluorite ore,the process mineralogy studies and flotation test research were conducted,using AP for fluorite flotation collector,GA for cleaning depressor,after closed-circuit flotation test of one roughing,seven cleanings,the fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade of 95.60% and CaF2 recovery of 67.74% was obtained.It has realized the compre-hensive recovery of the associated fluorite resources.
