浮选剂对磷石膏制备高强石膏性能的影响

从磷石膏资源化利用出发,采用浮选法除去其中的黑色有机质.探究了浮选剂的种类对磷石膏白度的影响,以及对天然高强石膏标准稠度需水量、凝结时间和力学性能的影响.结果表明,不同种类的浮选剂对磷石膏的浮选白度影响较大,其中浮选剂A浮(氧烷类化合物)选后样品的白度最低,为34.27%;浮选剂D(甲基异丁基甲醇)浮选后样品的白度最高,为42.9%.浮选剂对天然高强石膏的标准稠度需水量和凝结时间影响较小,但会降低天然高强石膏的力学性能,其中浮选剂A对天然石膏的力学性能影响最小.同时,采用蒸压水热法,以浮选剂A除杂后的磷石膏、水洗除杂后的磷石膏和未预处理的磷石膏为原料分别制备高强石膏,对比3组高强石膏的1 d绝干抗压强度.结果表明,浮选预处理高强磷石膏和水洗预处理高强磷石膏的抗压强度分别为37.0 MPa和30.7 MPa,与未预处理高强磷石膏抗压强度11.5 MPa相比,分别提高222%和167%,表明浮选预处理更有利于提升高强石膏抗压强度.
Effect of Flotation Agent on the Performance of Phosphogypsum in the Preparation of High-Strength Gypsum
In view of the resource utilization of phosphogypsum,flotation method was used to remove the black organic matter.The effects of flotation agents on the whiteness of phosphogypsum,and on the water demand,coagulation time and mechanical properties of natural high-strength gypsum were explored.The results showed that different types of flotation agents had a great influence on the flotation whiteness of phosphogypsum.After flotation by flotation agent A(Oxane compounds),the samples had the lowest whiteness,which was 34.27%.After flotation by flotation agent D(MIBC),the samples had the highest whiteness,which was 42.9%.The flotation agent had little effect on the standard water requirement and coagulation time of natural high-strength gypsum,but it reduced the mechanical properties of natural high-strength gypsum,among which flotation agent A had the least effect on it.At the same time,the autoclaved hydrothermal method was used to prepare high-strength gypsum,which was prepared by phosphogypsum after impurity removal by flotation agent A,phosphogypsum after washing impurities and untreated phosphogypsum,and the 1 d absolute dry compressive strengths of the three groups high-strength gypsum were compared.The results showed that the compressive strengths of flotation pretreated high-strength phosphogypsum and water-washing pretreated high-strength phosphogypsum were 37.0 MPa and 30.7 MPa,increased by 222% and 167% respectively compared with untreated high-strength phosphogypsum,which meant the flotation pretreatment was more conducive to improving the compressive strength of high-strength gypsum.
