以攀西地区丰富的矿产资源为原料,采用一步烧结法仿制志野釉,研究烧成温度及保温时间对志野釉物理性能及显微结构的影响.结果表明,当高岭土含量(质量分数,下同)为12%,钾长石含量为31%,方解石含量为12%,石英砂含量为28%,滑石含量为10%,氧化锌含量为5%,烧成温度为1 180℃,保温时间为30 min时,制得的志野釉釉面白度为79.6%,光泽度为17.0%,抗热震性能优,釉面乳白,光泽细腻.仿制的志野釉主晶相为辉石,晶粒平均尺寸4.28~11.44 μm,其乳浊原理为晶相乳浊和气相乳浊二者结合.随着烧成温度升高,釉面白度先增加后减小,光泽度逐渐增大,该志野釉最佳烧成温度范围为1 180~1 200℃.釉层中晶粒大小随保温时间增加先增大后减小,最佳保温时间为40 min.
Imitation and Property Characterization of Shino Glaze
With the rich mineral resources in Panxi area as raw materials,the one-step sintering method was adopted to imitate Shino glaze,and the effects of firing temperature and holding time on the physical properties and microstructure of Shino glaze were studied.The results show that when the kaolin content is 12%,potassium feldspar content is 31%,calcite content is 12%,quartz sand content is 28%,talc content is 10%,zinc oxide content is 5%,the firing temperature is 1 180℃,holding time is 30 min,the glaze whiteness of Shino glaze is 79.6%,gloss is 17%,thermal shock resistance performance is excellent,the glaze is milky white,glossy and delicate.Imitation of the Shino glaze main crystal phase is pyroxene,the average size of the grain is 4.28-11.44 μm,the principle of emulsion is the combination of crystal phase emulsion and gas phase emulsion.With the increase of firing temperature,the whiteness of the glaze surface first increases and then decreases,and the gloss gradually increases.The best firing temperature range of the Shino glaze is 1 180-1 200℃.The glaze in the crystal size increases first and then decreases with the increase of the insulation time,the optimal holding time is 40 min.
