陕西某脉石英制备高纯石英研究

以陕西某脉石英为原料,采用X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)、电子光学显微镜、电子显微探针及能谱仪对硅石的元素组成、矿物学特征和杂质赋存状态等进行研究.根据原料分析结果,采用"色选-棒磨-分级-磁选-浮选-酸浸"的工艺对原料进行提纯,得到精矿SiO2 含量(质量分数,下同)为99.995%,Fe2O3 含量降至0.8×10-6,Al2O3 含量降至25.2×10-6,达到4N5级高纯石英砂要求.
Study on the Preparation of High-Purity Quartz from Vein Quartz of Shaanxi
Using a vein quartz from Shaanxi as raw materials,the elemental composition,mineralogy characteristics and impurity occurrence state of vein quartz were studied by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF),electron optical microscope,electron microprobe and energy spectrome-ter.According to the analysis results of the raw materials,the raw materials were purified by the process of"color sorting-rod friction scrubbing-size grading-magnetic separation-flotation-acid leaching",and a high-purity quartz was obtained,the SiO2 content was 99.995%,Fe2O3 content decreased to 0.8×10-6,Al2O3 content decreased to 25.2×10-6,which met the requirements of 4N5 grade high-purity quartz sand.
