Experimental Study on Stepwise Inhibition Flotation of Accompanying Microfine Fluorite
A certain polymetallic tailings contain 19%-20%fluorite,-38 μm fine-grained fluorite is as high as 62.26%,belonging to the associ-ated fine-grained refractory fluorite ore.In order to recover fluorite resources, flotation experiments were conducted. The results show that the coarse selection used soda ash as the regulator, sodium silicate and tannic acid as the combined inhibitor,CYP as the collector, and the selective selection used a step-by-step inhibition process of adding hydrochloric acid and acidified sodium silicate in the alkaline zone and acid zone. Finally,a fluorite concen-trate with a CaF2 grade of 93.83%and CaF2 recovery rate of 61.38%can be obtained through the closed circuit process of"one roughing, six cleanings, intermediate ores of the first and third cleanings discarding, and the remaining intermediate ores returning in sequence",which effectively achieves the recycling and utilization of the accompanying micro fine fluorite.
