Study on the Properties of Ternary Mineral Admixture Mortar Specimens
In order to solve the problem of insufficient strength of mortar prepared by coal gangue or steel slag, coal gangue, steel slag and mineral powder were used as raw materials to prepare composite admixture cement mortar. The effects of admixtures on the compressive strength of cement mortar under different mixing ratios were studied, and XRD,TG-DTA,SEM were used to test hydration mechanism and microstructure analysis of blocks in different systems. The results showed that the single coal gangue and steel slag showed low activity, while the ore powder had good reactivity. When the mass ratio of coal gangue-mineral powder and steel slag in the ternary admixture was 1∶7∶2,the compressive strength of the test block was the highest, and the compressive strength of the test block could reach 55.26 MPa in 28 d.In the ternary admixture system, coal gangue, mineral powder and steel slag could promote hydration with each other, promoted the increase of hydration products and deepened the degree of hydration, and the three had a certain coupling effect, which had the potential to prepare ternary mineral admixture.
