Research on the Distribution Law of Chloride Ions in Coal Gangue Concrete under Dry-Wet Cycles
To reveal the distribution pattern of chloride ions in coal gangue concrete under dry-wet cycles, this paper uses a 3.5%NaCl solution to conduct dry-wet cycles on coal gangue concrete. The effects of coal gangue replacement rate(0,25%,50%),continuous and discontinuous dry-wet cycles, and dry-wet ratio(23∶1,22∶2,20∶4)on changes in chloride ions concentration and depth of convection zone in concrete are investigated. The results show that as the depth of concrete increases, the chloride ion concentration first increases at a depth of 0-4 mm,then sharply decreases at a depth of 4-15 mm,and then stabilizes. With the increase of coal gangue substitution rate, the overall chloride ion concentration shows an upward trend, the depth of the convection zone decreases, and the minimum depth of the convection zone in concrete with a substitution rate of 50%is about 2 mm.The erosion depth of coal gangue concrete is greater than that of the unmixed group. An increase in the dry-wet ratio and discontinuous dry-wet cycles can lead to a decrease in the peak concentration of chloride ions and chloride ion concentration. When the dry-wet ratio is 23∶1,the corresponding peak concentration of chloride ions is the highest; The depth of the convective zone is independent of the variation of the dry-wet ratio.
