利用叶蜡石矿渣制备低膨胀微晶玻璃的研究

摘要
为充分利用叶蜡石矿渣,以叶蜡石矿渣为主要原料,引入ZrO2、TiO2、LiF和P2O5 4种晶核剂制得微晶玻璃,研究不同晶核剂和热处理条件对微晶玻璃析晶行为的影响.结果表明,4种晶核剂的析晶能力强弱为ZrO2>TiO2>LiF>P2O5,但含F样品在自然光下呈透明.以F为晶核剂,热处理条件为675℃2 h@900℃2 h,制得具有三相β-石英固溶体(热膨胀系数-5.0×10-7/℃)、K-石英固溶体(热膨胀系数为9.0×10-7/℃)和具有残余玻璃相(正热膨胀系数)的微晶玻璃(总热膨胀系数为-1.4×10-7/℃),与市场上的玻璃热膨胀系数相近或者更低.
Abstract
In order to fully utilize pyrophyllite slag,pyrophyllite slag was used as the main raw material to prepare glass-ceramics with ZrO2,TiO2,LiF and P2O5 four nucleating agents.The effects of different nucleating agents and heat treatment conditions on crystallization behavior of glass-ceramics were studied.The results show that the crystallization capacity of the four nucleating agents is ZrO2>TiO2>LiF>P2O5,but glass-ceramics containing F are transparent under natural light.With F as nucleating agent,the heat treatment condition is 675℃2 h@900℃2 h,glass-ceramics(total coefficient of thermal expansion-1.4×10-7/℃)with three-phase β-quartz solid solution(coefficient of thermal expansion-5.0×10-7/℃),K-quartz solid solution(coefficient of thermal expansion 9.0×10-7/℃)and residual glass phase(coefficient of positive thermal expansion)are prepared,which is similar to or lower than the glass thermal expansion coefficient on the market.
