负载量对硅藻土基TiO2复合材料应用性能的影响

为了提高硅藻土基二氧化钛复合材料的应用性能,推进其产业化进程,采用水解-沉淀法制备了硅藻土基二氧化钛复合材料,研究了TiO2 负载量对复合材料吸附性能、光催化性能及白度的影响.结果表明,TiO2 负载量对复合材料吸附性和光催化性影响较大,对污染物的光降解性能取决于其吸附性和光催化性的协同效应,在负载量为46%时,复合材料的光降解性能较好.复合材料白度随着TiO2 负载量增大而增高,在负载量为46%时,复合材料白度为91%,达到建筑装饰材料白度标准.
Effect of Loading Amount on the Application Performance of Diatomite-Based TiO2 Composites
In order to improve the application performance of diatomite-based TiO2 composites and promote its industrialization process,the diatomite-based TiO2 composites was prepared by hydrolysis-deposition method.The effects of TiO2 loading amount on adsorption properties,the pho-tocatalytic performance and the whiteness of the composites were studied.The results show that the TiO2 loading amount has a great influence on the adsorption properties and photocatalytic performance of the composites,the photodegradation performance to the pollutant depends on the synergistic effect of the adsorption properties and the photocatalytic performance.The photodegradation performance of the composites is better when the TiO2 loading amount is 46%.The whiteness of the composites increases with the increase of TiO2 loading amount,and the whiteness is 91%when TiO2 loading amount is 46%,which can reach the standard of building and decoration materials on whiteness.
