湖南某低品位隐晶质石墨浮选提纯试验研究

摘要
为实现我国隐晶质石墨矿的高效利用,对湖南郴州某地隐晶质石墨矿进行了选矿试验研究.结果表明,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm质量分数占64.30%,捕收剂乳化柴油总用量为1 330 g/t,起泡剂甲基异丁基甲醇(MIBC)总用量为150 g/t条件下,对原矿固定碳含量(质量分数,下同)71.57%的隐晶质石墨矿进行1粗2精1扫浮选闭路流程,可获得固定碳含量为80.42%,回收率为96.81%的隐晶质石墨精矿,实现了对该矿物资源的有效回收.
Abstract
In order to achieve the efficient utilization of cryptocrystalline graphite ore in China,the beneficiation study was conducted on cryptocrystalline graphite ore in Chenzhou,Hunan.The results showed that under the conditions of grinding finness-0.074 mm mass fraction accounting for 64.30%,the total amount of collector emulsified diesel being 1 330 g/t,and the total amount of foaming agent MIBC being 150 g/t,using the closed-circuit flotation process of one toughing,two cleanings and one scavenging for the cryptocrystalline graphite ore with a fixed carbon content of 71.57%,the fixed carbon content and recovery rate of cryptocrystalline graphite concentrate were 80.42%and 96.81%,respectively,which realized the effective enrichment and recovery of the mineral resources.
