摘要

为研究高碘值脂肪酸皂捕收剂正反浮选富集低品位胶磷矿性能,以湖北某胶磷矿为试验对象,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占 96.77%,矿浆温度40℃下,以Na2CO3 作为pH调整剂,水玻璃和NO-2作为正浮选抑制剂,H2SO4、H3PO4 作为反浮选调整剂,以高碘值脂肪酸皂作为捕收剂,通过正浮选1粗1精1扫与反浮选1粗2扫闭路试验,获得磷精矿P2O5 品位为30.32%,回收率为83.45%的浮选指标.结果表明,在正反浮选中使用高碘值脂肪酸皂作为捕收剂,能有效提高磷精矿的品位,磷矿P2O5 品位从22.11%提至30.32%,高碘值脂肪酸皂具有较好的正反浮选性能.

Abstract

In order to study the positive and reverse flotation of cotton oil fatty acid soap as a collector to enrich the low-grade collophane,a test was carried out using the collophane in Hubei Province as an object.Under the grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounting for 96.77%and pulp tem-perature of 40℃,Na2CO3 was used as pH regulator,sodium silicate and NO-2 were used as positive flotation inhibitors,H2SO4 and H3PO4 as reverse flotation regulator,and high iodine fatty acid soap as collector.The flotation index of phosphorus concentrate with P2O5 grade of 30.32%and recovery rate of 83.45%was obtained through the closed-circuit process of one roughing,one cleaning and one scavenging in positive flotation and one roughing and two scavengings in reverse flotation.The results show that the use of cotton oil fatty acid soap as a collector in positive and reverse flotation can effectively improve the P2O5 grade of phosphate concentrate from 22.11%to 30.32%.Cotton oil fatty acid soap has better positive and reverse flotation performance.
