新型耐低温捕收剂HY-F在某萤石矿中的应用研究

为考察新型耐低温捕收剂HY-F对某萤石矿适应性,在工艺矿物学基础上进行浮选试验研究.结果表明,新型耐低温捕收剂HY-F与常见的油酸和氧化石蜡皂相比,其受矿浆温度影响相对较小,表现出较好的耐低温性能;在5℃低温矿浆环境下,可获得CaF2 品位为98.41%和回收率为87.87%的萤石精矿,相较20℃常温矿浆环境,精矿品位及回收率仅下降0.44百分点和5.48百分点.这表明新型耐低温捕收剂HY-F耐低温性能良好,对该萤石矿具有良好的适应性,具有一定的工艺指导价值和应用前景.
Application Study of New Low Temperature Resistant Collector HY-F in a Fluorite Mine
In order to investigate the adaptability of the new low-temperature collector HY-F to a fluorite mine,a flotation test was carried out on the basis of process mineralogy.The results showed that compared with common oleic acid and oxidized paraffin soap,the new low temperature resistant collector HY-F was less affected by pulp temperature and showed better low-temperature resistance.Under the low-temperature slurry environ-ment(5℃),fluorspar concentrate with CaF2 grade of 98.41%and CaF2 recovery rate of 87.87%can be obtained,compared with the ambient tempera-ture slurry environment(20℃),its concentrate grade and recovery only decreased by 0.44 percentage point and 5.48 percentage point.It shows that the new low temperature resistant collector HY-F has good low temperature resistance and good adaptability to the fluorite mine,and has certain process guidance value and application prospects.
