硅灰石在环氧树脂道路修补材料中的应用研究

为减少环氧树脂基修补材料中环氧树脂胶凝材料的用量,降低原材料成本,对硅灰石作为掺和料在环氧树脂基修补材料中的应用效果开展研究.结果表明,硅灰石掺量为100%时,修补材料流动度为130 mm,抗压强度和抗折强度优于对比试样,1 d和28 d抗压强度较对比试样分别提高56.4%和5.5%.硅灰石-环氧树脂修补砂浆28 d收缩率下降26.18%,且抗冰冻和抗盐冻性条件下,强度损失分别降低17.31%和13.04%.硅灰石-环氧树脂基道路修补材料满足JC/T 2381-2016《修补砂浆》性能要求,拓展了硅灰石的应用领域.
Application Study of Wollastonite in Epoxy Resin Road Repair Material
In order to reduce the amount of epoxy resin cementitious materials in epoxy resin-based repair materials,thus reducing the cost of raw materials materials,the effect of wollastonite as a dopant in the application of epoxy resin-based repair materials was studied.The results show that when wollastonite doping is 100%,the flow degree of the repair material is 130 mm,the compressive strength and flexural strength are better than the comparative specimens,and the compressive strength of 1 d and 28 d is increased by 56.4%and 5.5%compared with that of the comparative specimens,respectively.Wollastonite-epoxy repair mortar 28 d shrinkage decreases by 26.18%,under the frost and salt freezing resistance conditions,strength loss is reduced by 17.31%and 13.04%,respectively.Wollastonite-epoxy resin-based road repair material meets the performance requirements of JC/T 2381-2016"Repair Mortar",which expands the application of wollastonite.
