典型光伏坩埚用高纯石英砂工艺属性对比研究

以美国矽比科公司、挪威TQC公司和中国江苏太平洋石英股份有限公司生产的3种坩埚用高纯石英砂为研究对象,通过激光粒度分析、光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射等分析测试手段,对3种坩埚用高纯石英砂的粒度分布、微观形貌、化学成分、晶胞参数等特征进行分析.结果表明,美国矽比科公司和挪威TQC公司生产的坩埚用高纯石英砂粒度集中在200 μm左右,形状和尺寸均匀程度均优于中国江苏太平洋石英股份有限公司生产的石英砂;3个样品均存在包裹体和个别元素含量略高情况,但不影响石英坩埚生产;石英砂化学元素含量会影响晶胞参数的变化,3个样品a值均偏小,中国江苏太平洋石英股份有限公司石英砂样品c值偏大;结合不同浸出介质石英砂微观形貌对比分析,3个石英样品均经过高温煅烧处理及氢氟酸酸浸处理,挪威TQC公司生产的坩埚用高纯石英砂中还存在硝酸酸浸的痕迹.
Comparative Study on High Purity Quartz Sand Used in Typical Photovoltaic Crucible
Three kinds of high purity quartz sand for crucible production by Sibelco,Norway TQC and Jiangsu Pacific Quartz Co.,Ltd.were taken as the research objects.The characteristics of particle size distribution,micro-morphology,chemical composition and crystal cell parameters of the three kinds of high purity quartz sand for crucible were analyzed by means of laser particle size analysis,optical microscope,scanning elec-tron microscope and X-ray diffraction.The results show that the particle size of high purity quartz sand for crucible production by Sibelco and TQC are concentrated at about 200 μm,and the uniformity of shape and size is better than that of quartz sand produced by Jiangsu Pacific Quartz Co.,Ltd.The contents of inclusions and individual elements are slightly higher in the three samples,but it does not affect the production of quartz cruci-ble.The content of chemical elements in quartz sand will affect the change of crystal cell parameters,the a value of the three samples are small,and the c value of the quartz sand produced by Jiangsu Pacific Quartz Co.,Ltd.is large.The comparative analysis of the micro-morphology of quartz sand with different leaching media shows that the three quartz samples are all treated with high temperature calcination and hydrofluoric acid leach-ing,and there are traces of nitric acid leaching in the high purity quartz sand for crucible production by TQC.
