Research on the Current Situation,Dilemma and Countermeasures of the Cultivation of Rural Industry Revitalization Leaders——Take the"Head Goose"Cultivation Project of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as an Example
The cultivation of rural industrial revitalization leaders is conducive to promoting the quality and efficiency enhancement of agricultural industries,driving farmers'income growth,and facilitating the organic integration of small-scale farmers with modern agriculture.At present,the government has formulated guidelines and policies,relying on the disciplinary advantages of agriculture-related colleges and universities,and actively carried out the"head goose"cultivation project for rural industry revitalization leaders.Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University innovatively proposed the"1314+211"cultivation model,which is a typical model of the"head goose"cultivation project.However,the cultivation of rural industrial revitalization leaders faces challenges such as low levels of attention from the targeted individuals,insufficient interactivity in the training content,and inadequate effectiveness of the supporting services.In order to intensify the cultivation of leaders in the revitalization of rural industries,it is proposed to reshape the value concept and adhere to the correct concept,improve the cultivation form and ensure the high-quality cultivation effect,strengthen the tracking service,and adhere to the precise guidance and assistance and other countermeasures.These measures aim to provide essential talent and intellectual support for advancing agricultural and rural modernization.
