摘要

新文科背景下围绕数字经济的发展,应用型本科高校应审视传统商科在价值引领、培养标准、理念模式、体系机制等方面存在的问题,认清数字经济产业带来的教育供给侧和经济社会需求侧之间的人才输出鸿沟.立足国家经济战略和区域行业发展需求,探索面向数字经济的新商科人才培养模式,提出"三跨界四融合二机制"改革思路,着力解决教育链、人才链、创新链和产业链的有机衔接.通过持续的实践探索,福建商学院以商科素养核心主题教育为载体,以"跨界融合、数智赋能、多元协同、迭代创新"为理念,以"共建、共管、共享"为路径,为应用型本科高校新商科人才培养体系建设提供可借鉴和推广的新样本.

Abstract

Under the backdrop of new liberal arts,focusing on the development of the digital economy,application-type universities should examine the problems existing in traditional business subjects in terms of value guidance,training standards,concept models,system mechanisms,etc.,and recognize the talent-output gap between the education supply side and the economic and social demands brought forth by the digital economy industry.Based on the national economic strategy and regional industry development needs,training models of new business talents for the digital economy should be explored,and the reform idea of"three cross-borders,four integrations and two mechanisms"should be proposed,striving to connecting organically the education chain,talent chain,innovation chain and industrial chain.Through continuous practical exploration,Fujian Business University takes the core educational theme of business literacy as the carrier,proposing the idea of"cross-border integration,digital intelligence empowerment,diverse collaboration,iterative innovation"and taking the path of"co-construction,co-management,sharing".It provides new examples that can be used for reference and promotion for constructing training models of new business talents in application-type universities.
